At Antimimik Film Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality AI consulting, software development, film production, and digital creative services. Due to the nature of our services, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

As these services require professional time, expertise, and customized work, all purchases are subject to the terms below.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may reschedule at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
Custom Software Development
Development work begins after payment has been received.
Payments made for completed milestones or work already performed are non-refundable.
If the project is cancelled before development begins, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or payment processing fees.
AI Video & Film Production
Because every production is created specifically for each client:
Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
Payments for completed production stages are non-refundable.
If production has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Services (If Applicable)
If we offer subscription-based services in the future, customers may cancel at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for previous payments.
Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers may not be refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to technical issues or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.
